MINI RETREATS
Our mini retreats are 3 days packed with surf sessions, video coaching, and different surf topics depending on your individual goals/needs on your level. We welcome all levels from 1st time to advanced. Accommodations, transportation, and food are not included but can be arranged.
PRIVATE RETREATS
If you have a group of four or more we can run a private retreat for you and your friends/family. You can pick dates and locations and we can run a retreat just for your group and cater to your specific needs. Please contact us for details.
COSTA RICA FULL RETREATS
The picturesque beach, natural vibe, and unmatched beauty of Playa Grande provide the perfect setting to reconnect and find inspiration with Sister Surf & Yoga Retreats. We have chosen a stunning, private villa for the perfect accommodations, situated right on a four-mile stretch of white sand beach and perfect waves.

WINTER SERIES MINI RETREATS 2023-2024 COSTA RICA
what’s included
Our mini retreats included 3 days jam packed with tons of surfing, in water coaching, video analysis, and so much more. Below is an outline of the day to day program. The days are scheduled around the surf and we generally surf around sunrise to get the best conditions. We cover a lot of material in just 3 days. There is both a beginner and a intermediate/advanced group option. We will cover slightly different information for each option. Weather you are a first time surfer or looking to improve your skills our goal for these mini retreats is for you to leave feeling more confidant in your surfing in and out of the water.* If you are an intermediate to advanced surfer and have something specific in your surfing you want to improve please let us know and we can add it to the criteria. *If you are a beginner we got you covered too.

PUERTO RICO RETREATS
Puerto Rico, the Hawaii of the east coast, is a surfer’s haven and a short flight from the US. With waves suitable for advanced and beginner surfers, we have found some hidden gems we often have for ourselves. Our accommodations are charming tropical villas set back a short five-minute walk from gorgeous Shacks Beach.

MEXICO RETREAT 2024 DATES COMING SOON
The quiet surf town of La Saladita is the perfect place to take your surfing to the next level. A friendly left-hand point break that sits a stone’s throw from our private villa Casa Esmeralda. Watch the surf from our balcony with a cold cervesa in one hand and a delicious Mexican taco in the other. With an in-house chef Mexican food is prepared for us daily. Does it get any better…. It does, this retreat is 6 full days!
